About MobilityAtlas

MobilityAtlas helps people with physical and mobility disabilities, and the people who support them, find care, equipment, and answers. It is free, and it is part of the Disability Atlas family.

A group of friends, one using a power wheelchair, gathers in a downtown plaza.

What we do

MobilityAtlas brings together rehab hospitals, therapists, equipment suppliers, prosthetics clinics, home care, Centers for Independent Living, transportation, and adaptive sports from every state, with plain-language guides and free tools.

Search runs on the Disability Atlas, which holds about a million disability services and supports. MobilityAtlas is powered by ConnectIDD.

Where the listings come from

  • Federal provider files, including the national provider registry (NPPES) and Medicare files for equipment suppliers and rehab hospitals
  • State Medicaid and licensing lists
  • National networks, like MDA Care Centers and Spina Bifida clinics
  • Organizations that add or verify their own listings

Each listing shows how it was checked: Self Verified, Confirmed Profile, or Registry Listing. Registry Listings have not been confirmed, so call first.

Built with the people who use it

We want this site shaped by people with physical disabilities. If you use a wheelchair, a walker, a prosthetic limb, or another mobility aid and would like to review pages or tell us what is missing, please email us.

Sponsors

Sponsors help keep MobilityAtlas free. Sponsors never decide who is listed, in what order, or how a listing is labeled.
